Industry, built where the crop is.
Processing capacity, storage and energy recovery — the infrastructure that makes origin processing viable rather than aspirational.
Four phases to 2028.
Each phase has to prove itself before the next one is financed. Dates are objectives, and they move if the ground says so.
Foundations
Company structure, site in Bondoukou, sourcing relationships in Gontougo, Phase 1 financing. Pyro-Green enters launch.
First line
Processing line commissioned. Lot registration live. First commercial lots and buyer trials.
European hub
Conditioned storage at PLAZA. The corridor run end to end, then measured against the 18-day design.
Full capacity
50,000 tonnes a year, 3,200 registered farmers, and the certifications a European audit expects.
What we are building.
Each project carries a status, a location and a horizon. No project appears here without those three.
